When you sign up you choose between a workspace for yourself and one for a company or team. A personal workspace has your cards and leads and nothing else. A team workspace adds members, roles, departments and teams, a shared brand, and leads that belong to the company.

You can turn a personal workspace into a team one at any time: open Settings, then “Make it a team workspace”, and give it the company name. Your cards and leads stay as they are.

Tip: You can be in several workspaces at once, for example your own and your company’s. Switch between them from the menu at the top of the sidebar.
