Leads with the same email or phone are usually one person. Open “Possible duplicates” in Leads, choose the lead to keep, and merge.

The kept lead’s empty details are filled from the others, and their history and tasks move to it. If two leads are really different people, mark them so, and they won’t be suggested again.
