Open a lead and use Message to write to them on WhatsApp or by email. Pick a ready message or write your own; it opens ready to send, and is saved to the lead’s activity.

Add a task with a date to be reminded. The Activity tab keeps everything that happened with the lead: messages, stage changes, notes and meetings.

Tip: Managers, admins and owners can edit the ready messages, so everyone answers in the same voice.
