In Notifications → Settings, choose how you hear about a new lead: email, WhatsApp (with your number and its country code), or both. Send a test to check it arrives.

To get notifications on this phone or computer even when the app is closed, switch on device notifications there too. On iPhone, add the app to the home screen first.
